Mahesh Kanojia, M.D., Chairman Emeritus
Dr. Kanojia is a Medical Oncologist and the Chairman of Texoga. Dr. Kanojia is the Founder and Chairman of Talon Technologies Group and Chairman of Worldwide HealthCare Systems, Inc. Dr. Kanojia also serves as CEO and Medical Director of Beaumont Cancer Institute and serves on the Advisory Board of M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Additionally, Dr. Kanojia is the Developer of Technology Alliances overseas with offices in Dubai, Caracas and Bombay.

David S. Holland, Sr.
Mr. Holland served as the President and CEO of Pennzoil Exploration and Development Co. and was also the Co-Founder of Trend Exploration Co., Holland Energy and Post Oak Petroleum. He also served as Chairman of the American Petroleum Institute, American Association of Petroleum Geologists, and various energy commissions. Mr. Holland also founded the Holland School of Sciences and Mathematics at Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas.

Hon Thomas E. White, BGen, USA (Retired)
Secty White is currently a Principal of DRKW Energy LLC and is building billion dollar coal-to-liquids plants in both Montana and Wyoming. He served as the 18th Secretary of the Army under President George W. Bush. Secty White was responsible for military installations, weapons systems, equipment acquisitions, financial management, environmental matters and overseeing a staff of over 1.2 million people. Secty White was a former Brigadier General of the United States Army and Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. During his successful career, Secty White also served as Vice Chairman of Enron Energy Services.

Hon Mark W. White
Governor White served as the Governor of Texas, Texas Secretary of State and Asst. Attorney General of Texas from 1973-1987. He is credited with making significant progress in education reform and economic development. In addition, Gov White served as Commander-in-Chief of the Texas National Guard. He is currently an attorney in private practice and President of GeoVox Security, Inc., based in Houston, Texas.

Hon John E. Krings
Undersecretary Krings served as an international consultant on modernization, evaluation, and introduction of new technologies. President Reagan appointed him as the first Undersecretary of Defense. Prior to this post, Secty Krings served in various capacities including Director of Operational Test and Evaluation of the U.S. Department of Defense, Director of Navy and Marine Corps programs for McDonnell Douglas, Director of Flight Operations and Chief Test Pilot for F-15 and F-18 programs, and consultant to Lockheed Martin on the company’s $200 billion Joint Tactical Fighter program. He was also a U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard pilot.

Hon David K. Doyle, LtG, USA (Retired)
General Doyle served 36 distinguished years in the U.S. Army. He is credited with modernizing the Army’s information systems while acting as the Pentagon’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Information Management. General Doyle also served as President of Doyle & Associates, which is an international consulting firm for systems and technology. General Doyle has consulted for numerous companies including Hughes Aircraft, General Motors, EDS, ATT, Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies and GTE.

Peter Panning, Ph.D.
Dr. Panning is widely recognized as one of the world’s leading biodiesel researchers. He is the Chief Technical Officer with NRG Productions, Energea and Pollux in Vienna, Austria. Dr. Panning is a Research Fellow with Forschungs Zentrum (Austrian Research Center) and is responsible for coordinating European Union research projects on topics including alternative fuels, cogeneration and environmental sciences.
