Jack Alexander, Vice President, Finance

Mr. Alexander has over 25 years of experience, supervising all areas of accounting and financial reporting including SEC reporting. He was Assistant Controller at Weingarten Realty Investors, Vice President and Controller at J.P. MORGAN CHASE, Retail Banking Group where he functioned as the legal entity controller for this business, which included the retail branch network, the ATM network, the retail call center operations and the branch back office support group (13,000+ employees, an expense base of $1.6 billion and total deposits of $80 billion). Previously he held other management positions at Chase, and was a Senior Auditor at BDO Seidman.
