Mr. Kissel has over 30 years of experience in oil, petrochemical, engineering and construction at both multi-national firms and rapidly growing organizations. He was most recently Vice Chairman of Primoris Corporation, a $500 million petroleum, pipeline and energy contractor. Prior to joining Primoris, he served as CFO of Earth Tech, a global engineering and construction company with revenues of $1.5 billion and 8,500 employees. Mr. Kissel serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of the audit committee for ML Macadamia Orchards L.P., (NYSE:NUT).
